GLUTEN
Glutens conist of prolemins and glutenis
stored as food in endosperm of cereals. They are mainly found in wheat, oat,
etc they are also found in cosmetics,
hair products and skinproducts.
Effects of glutens on human body
The following
are some of the gluten allergy symptoms in adults and and diseases, they are some of diseases triggered by the
presence of parabens the body.

Celiac diseases: this is a long time autoimmune
system disorder caused by te intake of food containing gluten, tis primarily
affects the small intestine and other
digestive organs, some of the effects of this disease are malabsorption, iron
deficiency, reduce quality of life and
increased risk of lymphomas.
Celiac
diseases is also associated with the following diseases gluten ataxia,
thyroiditis, diabetes mellitus type 1 and dermatitis.

free diet, after they went through a celiac diseases and wheat allergy, people with non-Celiac gluten sensitivity may face headache,
chronic fatigue , fibromyalgia , atopia diaseases etc.

this is a situation where the body immune system consider food containing wheat component as threatening
foreign body.
These above diseases are associated with the
intake of food or diet containing gluten, but nowadays many cosmetics , hair product and skin
products. Like lotion, creams, gel, moisturizers, etc are made with ingredient
and gluten formed the major part of it.
